First and Foremost: do you even know what a calorie is or represents? A calorie represents a unit of energy. When you read up on the science it will make sense why this stuff can be so confusing but lets keep the analogy simple. Calories are fuel for humans, just like gas is fuel for a car. This past year commemorates my 10th year as a personal trainer and fitness professional which denotes a few different milestones for me however; without the 3 C's of Success, I would not be here, able to give away my knowledge, make connections, build relationships, mentor and coach people along the way and navigate the pathway to their goals and more.
